Do i need to be home?
For the intructional clean yes we can go through in person what you need in more detail and then afterwards you can be home or not some clients have a lockbox or they are home .
Do i Bring my own supplies?
Yes i bring all my own cleaning supplies even the vaccum so no problem there.
What if i am not satifed with the service?
Please see our complaints and refund page on the menu any other questions give me a shout.
How do i pay?
We here at SHC – Sam Hertfordshire Cleaning we use The secure payment platform stripe you pay on the invoice i send you and require payment within 24 hours after the service or a £10 late fee is charged.
Do I need to do anything before we begin?
Before a clean takes place I would need the client to sign a client contract that they accept the terms and conditions.
